Can you still be a good citizen if you don't agree with the so called leaders?

Do you have to necessarily agree with the opinions of those who are ignorant?

You may feel that you are living in a beautiful country. A place that you love. But can you remain a good citizen  if you do not agree with actions taken by the government?
